Years ago I got a solicitors letter saying I'd inherited from my great aunt. It wasn't a fortune but enough to fix the garage door. A man I knew inherited a huge debt; he lost everything!

 

Human beings have a debt, we carry it with us; but Jesus has paid our debt.

 

Jesus gives an everlasting inheritance. When we first believe in Jesus we enter our inheritance, we’re forgiven, washed clean, we become God's children of light. This inheritance is spiritual, not physical. It's not about money, it can't be counted, it's priceless and can't be stolen.

 

I went on a train journey, a special trip.  A coach was reserved for our family, our name was on the door, but someone else was in there! The uninvited passengers were removed, and we had the coach to ourselves.

 

God's name is on our lives, sealing us a place in heaven. Jesus is the invite. Like all invites, we have to accept them.  

 

There's so much more than just receiving God’s Kingdom; we also receive the gifts of God's Kingdom: dreams, prophecy, healing, wisdom, knowledge, being filled with the fullness of God.  

 

If someone questions you, your faith, asking in whose authority are you acting, tell them you have Kingdom authority paid for by Jesus. It's a treasure, pulling us out of our boring old lives on to a blessed path of God's love.

 

Jesus was born a king, He's alive, resurrected; accept your invite from Jesus today.
